Local Regulation on use of tri-bars

At June’s Liverpool District Meeting it was agreed to put a local regulation in place through Whittington.
Riders MUST NOT use their tri-bars between the junction with Top Street and the pedestrian crossing . This applies to heading to and returning from Gobowen.
Any rider seen to be in breach of this regulation will be disqualified from the event and may be reported for further disciplinary action
